11 November 2009 - Martin von Wenzlawowicz  - Training for small butchers staff performing Halal-slaughter of sheep for different muslim communities in the federal state Hessen, as required for the certificate of competence by the German animal welfare at slaughter order. The training included applied animal welfare at slaughter without stunning as well as animal wefare at slaughter after electric stunning. 

5 November 2008 – Martin von Wenzlawowicz, Karen von Holleben - Seminary for official veterinarians in Kassel “How to supervise/ control animal welfare at religious slaughter”, organised by the Academy of veterinary continuing education (of the Community of the German Veterinary Chambers and Veterinary Associations). The seminary included as well legal, religious and scientific aspects but mostly applied slaughter house aspects of welfare at ritual slaughter.
